Abstract GeoSmart Transport and Infrastructure: Building Smart infrastructure (construction and Engineering)As the India’s population shifts to urban territories, policymakers are pressed for answers to overcrowding, pollution, budget limitations, aging infrastructure, resource constraints and the requirement for continuing growth. Utilizing a strategic planning approach for developing smart cities by governments and stakeholders helps in the completion and implementation of the smart city project. Along with operational plans, master plans for urban planning and digital infrastructures is necessary. Smart Infrastructure solutions such as “Smart” Transport, Energy, Water, Waste, Security, Education and Healthcare are backbone of smart city.
