BiographyMrs. Shubha N Bhambhani has a vast and varied experience in the field of Telecommunications in Government of India and its various Organizations. She has held significant posts throughout her career and has remained an important hand as well as the close spectator of rapid technological developments that took place in Indian Telecom Scenario in the last 30 years in the country.

She has exemplified the strength of an administrator i.e. an unperturbed problem solving ability by handling numerous issues/problems of administrative, managerial, technical in nature for bridging the digital gap and improving the voice and data connectivity throughout the country, especially in the rural and far flung areas. She has played a major role as a facilitator and catalyst in policies creation and implementation.

Her technical expertise together with her managerial acumen has led her play a pivotal role in finalization and implementation of various new initiatives like 5G, Smart Cities, and VNO etc. recently in the organization. Earlier also, she had played an instrumental role in the introduction of various new services, features like ISDN, Intelligent Services, Uniform Numbering Scheme, Dynamic Carrier Selection, One India Plan, Y2K solution, Convergence billing systems, Next Generation Networks (NGN) in BSNL.

Till Today, she has attained the right mix of experience in administrative, technical, planning, procurement, project implementation, coordination and monitoring, which make her tailor-made to take up all the challenges ahead and to deliver as per the diverse requirements of the organization successfully.
