BiographyAn expert in energy and sustainability strategies focused on economic gains, Alok Raj Gupta is the Founder & CEO of Envecologic, an energy & sustainability think tank, advisory, and training firm. He has has global experience with clients from private sectors (Saudi Aramco, Siemens, BP, Vattenfall), multi-lateral agencies (UNDP, UNFCCC, TERI, World Bank, DfID, WaterAid, ActioAid) and governments (India, US, Mexico, Nepal, South Africa, Australia, Nigeria).

Alok has extensively published papers, written articles for journals, conducted workshops and has been speakers at various national and international forums on sustainability, climate change, water and energy. He has also contributed to a book on Energy Supply Chain Management (published by Pennwel) and is currently co-authoring a book on sustainability, besides holding a spot in the steering committee at Global HSE.
