BiographyRishabh Jain is a public policy practitioner and an independent energy consultant focusing on solar, storage and blockchain technologies. Over the years he has closely worked with government officials, multilateral organizations, manufactures, think tanks and academic institutions. He has provided recommendations to design new policies or amend existing ones in the energy sector. Rishabh has been part of the Corporate Affairs team at Vikram Solar one of the largest solar module manufacturing companies in India and worked on various issues like safeguard/anti-dumping duty and manufacturing policy. He has also worked with the Council on Energy Environment at Water (CEEW), where he focused on renewable energy policy, technology and applications with a keen interest in developing solutions that deliver improved energy services to the underprivileged As a Li Ka Shing Scholar, Rishabh has completed his Master in Public Policy from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
