BiographyDr. Y. Pari is a Head in GeoSpatial Technologies, L&T NxT. He received his Doctorate from Institute for Ocean management, Anna University, Chennai, on ‘Dynamics of Vellar Tidal Inlet using GeoSpatial Techniques and Numerical Modelling’. He did his Master Degree in Environmental Remote Sensing from Madurai Kamaraj University and obtained P.G. Diploma in GIS Management from University of Madras.

He has been practicing Geo Spatial Technologies for the past 20+ years (10 years of research and 10+ years of Industrial experiance) . Before joining L&T NxT he was with L&T Construction, National Centre for Coastal Research (Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India), Department of Ocean Technology (IIT-Madras), Institute for Ocean Management and Institute of Remote Sensing (Anna University, Chennai). During his tenure he has published 5 International and 2 National journals. He has also presented papers in 8 National/International conferences. Delivered 30 invited lectures in Corporate Training Programs, Universities & Colleges, State/Central Govt. departments.
